When you become a Thriver, you become a part of this mission and the important steps we are taking each day to get there.
View open rolesBold means we have a bias toward action. We’re not afraid to try things and don’t get lost in the paralysis of analysis. It also means we're not afraid to do the right thing, even when it’s unpopular.
Innovative means we never stop asking questions. We continuously ask better of ourselves and strive to solve problems with new thinking. It also means we’re never complacent or satisfied with the status quo.
Transparency is something that flows bidirectionally. For our customers, it means we provide open and direct communication about how we use the data we’re entrusted with. For our employees, it means we challenge our leaders to be open with their teams and upfront with feedback.
Inclusive speaks to our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and to the communities in which we operate. It means we challenge ourselves to put our biases on the table and constantly evaluate them. We recognize that we’re stronger when embracing different perspectives and ways of thinking.
Humble means we put the healthcare outcomes of our users and the success of our customers before ourselves. We aim to praise others more than we focus on our own achievements.
Thrive Health® is deeply committed to representing and reflecting the unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints of our people, partners, and communities we serve.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee is empowered to lead initiatives aimed at removing bias and barriers within the company, building inclusive teams and products, and cultivating a sense of belonging.
Thrive Health pledges to honor equal pay for equal work for all our team members regardless of gender, sexual orientation or identity, race, ethnicity, age, or neurodiversity.
Thrive Health is proud to partner with underrepresented communities to learn about the challenges they face. Through these partnerships we grow our pipeline of diverse candidates, helping us build diverse teams where everyone can feel included and engaged.

We use core business hours for virtual meetings and collaboration. The rest of your working hours are flexible to help accommodate you, your family, and your lifestyle.
We provide co-working spaces for those days when you need a change of scenery.
Twice a year, we gather in person to work, learn from each other, and have fun!
We encourage our team members to stay connected through coffee chats and social Slack channels like #book-club, #movies-tvshows, #social-events, and more!
